Cancel Bookings

Team Leads have the ability to cancel bookings for their area’s listings. Bookings can be cancelled if:

  • The listing is not within 24 hours
  • listing cancellation code and reason are given.
  • Additionally, part time employees must be rescheduled to another listing.

To cancel a booking, navigate to the listing details page and click cancel booking on the employee you want to cancel the booking for. A menu will open.

Explanation Explanation for cancellation, this is sent to the employee.

When the fields have been filled out, click the cancel booking button and the booking will be cancelled.
