Cancel Bookings
Team Leads have the ability to cancel bookings for their area’s listings. Bookings can be cancelled if:
- The listing is not within 24 hours
- listing cancellation code and reason are given.
- Additionally, part time employees must be rescheduled to another listing.
To cancel a booking, navigate to the listing details page and click cancel booking on the employee you want to cancel the booking for. A menu will open.

When the fields have been filled out, click the cancel booking button and the booking will be cancelled.
