Production Goal Management

Production goals help to easily communicate your goals for areas to your full time employees. Goals can be easily tracked, allowing for employees to better determine their progress towards the anticipated quanitity. To manage Production goals, navigate to the main menu of the application, click view goal progress, select your plant, and select your area. You will see a page displaying the current progress for towards the production goal. Click the Update Progress button

This will open the management page for the production goals of that area for the current week and next 3 weeks.

Setting Production Goals

Input the new value into the appropriate field and click save, the production goals are now updated.
